DogGroomers.com is a marketing machine for dog care businesses submitting press releases and articles. It is also a place for dog owners to voice their opinions, concerns and questions to dog care professionals, agencies and organizations. DogGroomers.com will accept any press releases and articles that meets the following requirements:
- Press releases must be "hard news" - not advertisements.
Advertisements need to be submitted separately. Press releases can promote your business in a 'soft sell' way that maintains it's informational and entertainment qualities.
- DogGroomers.com will not publish adult or obscene material. Submtting vulgarity, profanity, etc. is reason for deletion and loss of posting privileges. DogGroomers.com retains the rights to determine what is vulgar or obscene.
- DogGroomers.com refuses liability for libelous content. DogGroomers.com may refuse any releases which are determined to be such by DogGroomers.com. Your content can be controversial. DogGroomers.com is not liable for any legal action taken against you for your content in your press releases or articles.
- DogGroomers.com reserves the right to withhold or pull any press release or article for any reason.
Limited DogGroomers.com License Agreement
By submitting your press releases and articles for publication to the DogGroomers.com Web site,
you are giving permission to DogGroomers.com to use your press releases and articles
for the online news media outlet "DogGroomers.com" and as such
you warrant that you have the full authority to grant the licenses described
below and that the exercising of these rights by DogGroomers.com will
not harm any third party. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold
harmless DogGroomers.com from all claims, judgements, damages and expenses
that may arise out of any alleged breach of this warranty.
- DogGroomers.com may reprint your releases and articles, in part or in it's entirety
at any time. DogGroomers may redistribute your press releases and articles to other businesses.
- DogGroomers.com may use your trademarks, as they associate with your release, at any time.
- DogGroomers.com may use information about your company or articles in metatags on the article/press release page and on search engine and directory submission pages to enhance their visibility in search engines and directories.
- DogGroomers.com makes no warranty's about this service or it's availability.
